Stages of Process
We import, sort, grade and pack each item in bales according to their different categories. Items which we sort and grade include Clothings, Shoes, Hand Bags, Toys, Accessories etc. During this sorting process, our first priority is to make sure every piece of item is carefully inspected and graded. Our Grades start from Super Cream Grade to African Grade to lastly Pakistan Grade.
Packing Steps
We have different ways of Packing the sorted items according to each country’s requirement ranging from a 25kg bag to a 55 kg bale. In between comes all the weights i.e 30kg bags, 40kg bale, 45kg bale and even 50kg bale with addition to a logo of each customer preference to insert in every bale which makes it easier to build a name in the customer’s market. This method is beneficial in getting less bulk and more bullet weights.
Exporting Steps
We normally load 40ft export containers for our customers which can hold max weight of up to 28 tonnes depending on what items we are loading. We also load smaller quantities for our local customers which range from 3 tonnes to 10 tonnes. Each shipment is meticulously packed to ensure optimal space utilization and efficiency. Our streamlined process guarantees timely delivery and cost-effectiveness for our global clients.

Our procedure of sorting and grading is quite complicated. We thoroughly check each graded bale and bag at different stage to reduce any chance of human error. Our top quality consists of branded tags and similar to almost new condition clothings. A quality contains a little bit more worn condition clothes as compared to A+ quality followed by B and C Grades.

Sorting Methods
When it comes to sorting and grading, we have a strict process. We separate Adults and the Children with Men and Women items all being separately graded. This sorting method is for all the above-mentioned categories.
A+ Quality Clothes
and Products
We separate finest condition clothes according to customers’ demand, whether it is summer or winter cream quality, contains the branded clothes in excellent condition. It is separated by article or by season. We manage the item of each season in a bag of 25kg/30kg. After sorting, clothes carefully folded. We separate the categories into different bags like Men’s and Women’s.
